Lower the heatsink and heatbreak half a turn while the block is hot to ensure a proper seal.
Felix Pro 2. Several testers reports success.
Ruby is longer than stock nozzle so Z height needs to be adjusted. Ensure you keep track of the orientation of the heater block during installation.
gCreate gMax 1.5XT +
Robo3D R2
Raise3D N1 / N2 / N2+ with V2 hotend
Make sure to re-adjust your z-stop when using the Ruby nozzle as it does not match the height of the standard nozzle. Depending on the age of your printer, clearance may be an issue. Updates to the cooling fan ducts mean that there may not be enough room left for the Olsson Ruby. NOT compatible with the Raise3D Pro2 series due to a change in the heat break geometry.
COMPATIBLE HOTENDS 2.85mm
All E3D V4 / V5 / V6 3.0mm hotends
You will need to mount it with the nozzle not placed against the front face of the heater block but against the heat break / insulator tube to create a seal.
Ultimaker 2 + / 2+ Extended ,
Ultimaker 2/2 Extended with Olsson block upgrade
Ultimaker Original, Original +
You will need to adjust the fan shroud since the nozzle is shorter than the original nozzle. You will need to mount it with the nozzle not placed against the front face of the heater block but against the heat break / insulator tube to create a seal.
Lulzbot TAZ 3/4 with hexagon hotend upgrade
You will need to mount it with the nozzle not placed against the front face of the heater block but against the heat break / insulator tube to create a seal.
Lulzbot TAZ 5
Lulzbot TAZ 6
You will need to mount it with the nozzle not placed against the front face of the heater block but against the heat break / insulator tube to create a seal. Will require disabling of the automatic bed leveling since the ruby tip is not conductive.

THE OLSSON RUBY
THE FUTURE
We have several models/sizes of the Olsson Ruby planned for future, however doing test iterations with new ruby nozzle geometries is affected by quite long lead times due to the complex manufacturing process. It helps us to prioritize if you submit your interest in the model/size you are most interested in.
